Our Story
GSHW specialise in identifying underperforming assets within the student sector to repurpose or gain planning consent to increase value and create state of the art accommodation in a safe and secure asset class.
GSHW currently comprises of a portfolio of Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) that has been acquired and developed since our inception in 2018.
The accommodation is solely occupied by student tenants, or Customers, as they are known within our business.
The current portfolio is spread across four university cities where each of the universities is a key economic hub within the city region. In each case the city regions have experienced strong growth in the last ten years. Sites have been carefully selected based on the Management Team’s extensive experience in the student sector to balance location, product design/specification and rental return to ensure a robust and strong performing asset base and gross development value.
